The location is ideal, right next to the train station and surrounded by a vibrant mall and delicious restaurants. I was genuinely impressed when the staff reached out via email about my belongings that I accidentally left behind, showcasing their honesty and care. The room was equipped with a very comfortable bed and a perfect shower setup.

High standard and beautifully maintained room available with soft bed & fluffy doona, an iron, for instance. Central location, not very far from Clarke Quay Mall.

the breakfast was delicious and very good with milk, with a lot of food. the location was marvellous and brilliant, short walk to transport and nearby plaza singapura mall, one huge shopping complex after another stretching for a km or more both sides of the road and a huge mall and three metro lines.

Room was surprisingly tiny but well-equipped.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Plus, the bathroom facilities were nice, and I loved the fluffy bathrobes provided. The staff was cute, and there's a great bar in the building for a relaxing drink after a day out.

The gym could use more equipment.

Extremely overrated and overpriced. Expect a poor 3* S'pore hotel priced at hi-end 4*. Disappointing. Avoid.

No safe in room for personal belongings!!! Noise isolation could be improved!!! Air conditioning is quite loud even on low settings!!! Shower area flooded during use!!!

Little hotel with a nice design concept and a reasonable value. Very easy to get from Changi airport, just 16 miles.

All rooms are not furnished the same. Some rooms have a reclining chair and others don'T.

Fantastic location and helpful staff

The location is superb, just a short walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and right across Plaza Singapura. The staff was accommodating, even helping us store our luggage after checkout, a lifesaver. My only wish is that the cleanliness of the room could be more consistent, as there were a few dusty corners.

I enjoyed the hospitality offered by the staff, especially when they remember who I was as I have stayed with them before. This is the very reason I prefer staying at smaller/boutique hotel more.

I would have loved to relax by the pool or a nice bar with my partner/friends after work, however, there is no such facility there.

The hotel features a lovely tea set in the room, adding a nice touch. While the WiFi speed varied during my stay, the friendly staff made everywhere feel welcoming and homey. The location couldn’t be better for exploring, being just steps from the MRT.

Quiet. No waiting for lifts. Front desk not busy. Friendly and helpful staff (especially Rajah). Good location.

This hotel was not the normal impressive Singpore hotel - did not have the feel of a hotel at all and quite plain. Some folk may not like this - others may love it being this way.
